Full-Size Cars
A full-size car is the largest size car that is commonly manufactured. Originating in the United States, this E-segment category automobile is larger than a mid-size car. The full-size car can be easily classified by having more passenger and cargo space than small automobile classes and often feature higher end equipment from safety devices to engines. Cars such as the Ford Taurus, Chevy Impala and Tesla Model S fall under the full-size car class. Most car companies view full-size cars as a market right under the luxury class—remaining a top target size for car makers.
