Yoga Difficulty Levels

Yoga Difficulty Levels range from Beginner Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, and Advanced Yoga. The difficulty levels span from learning how to start practicing yoga to mastering challenging yoga poses. A yoga difficulty level does not only involve physical abilities, but also a person’s mindset, and their yoga experience.

All levels of yoga place an emphasis on breathing techniques and moving the body intentionally aligned with the mind. All levels of yoga are geared to lead the yogi into a state of mental clarity in combination with the improvement of the physical body. Not one difficulty level is better than the other, as a yogi can benefit from any level.
