Non-Sporting Group
The Non-Sporting Group is a dog breed group that is characterized by its diverse number of breeds that vary in size, personality, and overall appearance. Non-Sporting Dog Groups encompass dog breeds from a variety of backgrounds, skills, purposes, and temperaments that vary from dog breed to dog breed. Non-Sporting Dog Breeds have not been bred for sporting purposes and are assigned this group if the dog breed doesn’t fit into any other group. It is hard to generalize dogs within the Non-Sporting Dog Group. Dog Breeds within the Non-Sporting Group include the Bichon Frise, Dalmatian, French Bulldog, Standard Poodle, and Shiba Inu.
