Description
Description

Aloe Vera (Aloe vera) is a succulent plant known for its fleshy, lance-shaped leaves that grow in a rosette pattern, often with soft spines along the margins. The leaves are thick and green to gray-green, storing a clear gel that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. Also known as "Medicinal Aloe" or simply "Aloe," this species is native to arid regions of the Arabian Peninsula but is now cultivated widely around the world, especially in tropical, subtropical, and Mediterranean climates.

Aloe Vera is celebrated for its soothing, anti-inflammatory, and hydrating properties, particularly in the treatment of burns, skin irritations, and cosmetic applications. In the wild or in cultivation, mature plants may also produce tall spikes of yellow or orange tubular flowers. Because of its usefulness, Aloe Vera has become a staple in home gardens, herbal medicine cabinets, and the health and beauty industry. It is also symbolic of healing and resilience.
