Dimensions.com (“Dimensions”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at www.dimensions.com (the “Site”) and through its mobile and social media accounts, subject to these Terms of Use (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Use”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Services user interface, in an email notification or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
In addition, when using certain services, you will be subject to any additional terms applicable to such services that may be posted on the Service from time to time, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy located at https://www.dimensions.com/legal.
All presented dimensions are based on aggregated industry standards, averages, and collective public data. Drawings and 3D models are created and presented to be visual aids only. Dimensions may vary in actual existence, during construction, and may differ between manufacturers, sites, regions, and countries. Drawings are an artist's conception and are not intended to show specific detailing. In situations where dimensions cannot be confirmed through our research, a range of sizes or an 'estimated' note is included. Dimensions are subject to be updated without notice.
All drawings, images, information, and dimensions published on Dimensions.com can be used and referenced for noncommercial purposes only with attribution. Drawings cannot be used without attribution in cases where illustrations are shared or shown for reference outside of Dimensions.com. Attribution must include functional backlinks.
Intellectual property rights in third party materials processed into the content pages are owned by the respective third parties. Dimensions.com does not own, nor claim to own any of the intellectual property rights that are owned by third parties. We are a visualizer for publicly shared dimensional data and the intellectual property of the illustrated characters, products, or elements are not transferrable to users of the site, neither Free or Pro account members, and remain owned by their respective parties.
Dimensions.com grants you an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, modify, and use drawings and models from Dimensions.com for non-commercial uses without permission from Dimensions.com. Attribution and citation, including a functional link to the source, must be provided if referenced. Blogs, news articles, and similar online writing cannot use Dimensions.com 2D drawings or 3D models without approval and attribution as outlined previously.
For commercial purposes, please contact us if you are unclear on the terms of your particular usage of Dimensions.com. You cannot sell, repackage, or redistribute any of our SVG, DWG, JPG, 3DM, OBJ, or SKP files under any circumstance without consent from Dimensions.com. Dimensions 2D drawings and 3D model downloads do not include text-based dimensional information, dimensional notes, or visual comparisons to other elements included in the database. You may not re-sell our digital files or modified versions of our digital files. This license does not include the right to compile the drawings or data from Dimensions.com to replicate a similar or competing service or data-based project.
You may not use Dimensions.com to download drawings or 3D models to use on items for resale. This includes, and is not limited to: clothing items, wearables, posters, books, 3D prints, and other for sale products. Similarly, Dimensions.com drawings cannot be used to establish a commercial brand identity through use in a logo or use as significant brand graphics or internal content establishing a graphic identity. Colored versions of 2D Dimensions.com drawings, or textured versions of 3D Dimensions.com models cannot be resold or marketed as your own products. Please contact us to discuss any particular use cases.
Dimensions.com drawings cannot be incorporated or used to augment or supplement any software or applications without prior consent from Dimensions.com. This includes floor planning software, third party apps, digital CAD libraries, online apps and interfaces, and other similar formats. Please contact us to discuss options for use of our library with your software.
Dimensions.com 2D drawings and 3D models may not be used in datasets for, in the development of, or as inputs to generative A.I. software/programs.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the dimensions.com website (the "Service") operated by Dimensions.com ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dimensions.com. Dimensions Pro Memberships, made available to you by Dimensions.com, entitles you to access the Pro Membership for a monthly or yearly membership. Your Membership is activated when you submit your payment details and pay your selected membership price of Dimensions Pro.
Dimensions Pro 'Education' Memberships are discounted memberships only available at signup. If an Dimensions Pro 'Education' Membership is canceled at anytime, the discounted rate will no longer be available on the registered account/email.
By submitting your payment details and accepting the Pro Membership, you (i) acknowledge and agree to the Dimensions.com Terms of Use, Dimensions.com's Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) agree that, we will automatically bill based on your recurring monthly or yearly subscription preferences. If your previous subscription was a paid-for subscription, we will charge your payment details on a monthly recurring basis, at the then-current monthly price, unless you cancel or change your subscription before the period ends.
When you register for a Dimensions Pro Membership, you consent to get access to Dimensions Pro immediately, and for the full period. You agree that your right to withdraw and obtain a refund, is only available within three (3) days after your purchase and is immediately revoked if you use Dimensions Pro features during that 3-day period. If you wish to receive a refund before the 3-day period is over, you must contact Customer Support here. After 3 days from purchase/activation, you may cancel your subscription as described above but you will not receive a refund. Refunds are only available for the most recent or current subscription period and are not be available for previous periods. Only one refund is permitted per account.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
