Bella Hadid, born Isabella Khair Hadid, is an American-Muslim model known for her work with Victoria’s Secret, Chanel, and Tom Ford. Bella Hadid was born in Washington, D.C., but was raised in Santa Barbara, California on a ranch. Growing up, Hadid had aspirations of being an Olympian, but her sport was horseback riding, which is not an Olympic sport. In 2014, Hadid was signed to IMG Models when her career began to flourish and she debuted at New York Fashion Week in the fall of 2014 walking for Desigual. Hadid was also a brand ambassador for Dior makeup and has worked for many big names in fashion, such as, Givenchy, Fendi, and Alexander Wang, among others.
