Description
Description

A double panel jalousie window consists of two horizontal panels with adjustable slats that control the amount of ventilation and sunlight that enters a room. The slats can be made of glass, wood, or metal and are connected to an actuator that can be operated by a crank or lever. When the crank is turned, both panels can be opened or closed simultaneously, providing greater flexibility in controlling the amount of ventilation and sunlight.

Double panel jalousie windows are commonly used in warm and humid climates, but may not be as energy-efficient as other types of windows due to the gaps between the slats, which can allow for air infiltration and energy loss.
