Karl Lagerfeld is credited with reviving the Chanel brand after the death of Coco Chanel and transforming the fashion brand into a huge success. Karl Lagerfeld became recognized by his signature white hair, black sunglasses, fingerless gloves, and high collars. Karl Lagerfeld died on February 19, 2019 at the age of 85.
