Also known as ‘Molto Mario,’ Mario Batali is an American chef and television personality recognized for his appearances on the Food Network showcasing his easy-going personality and signature dress of shorts and crocs. His career began at the two different Four Seasons locations where he held the position of sous-chef. With classic culinary training and expertise in Italian cuisine, Mario Batali went on to build an empire of restaurants across the United States and Asia, successful cookbooks, and several television series including Molto Mario and Mario Eats Italy. Mario went on to co-host the daytime talk show The Chew from 2011 to 2017.
