Alton Brown is a chef and television personality credited for creating and hosting the show Good Eats. He is also noted for hosting other shows on Food Network such as Iron Chef America and Cutthroat Kitchen. More than a food shower presenter, Alton Brown is also a best-selling author for his various books on cooking as well as a performer, having live culinary variety shows through a national tour that included segments of stand-up and live music. Before his career as a commentator and chef, Alton Brown was a cameraman and director of several television commercials leading to his desire to create food shows.
