The American Hairless Terrier is a feist breed from the United States. They are descendants from the Rat Terrier native to Louisiana. With hairless and coated varieties, the hairless has eyebrows and whiskers, and the skin is warm and smooth to the touch. The coated has a short and shiny coat. Both have a broad, wedge-shaped head, erect, V-shaped ears, and round expressive eyes. The American Hairless Terrier is known to be a smart, inquisitive, and playful dog that is hypoallergenic, great for those who suffer from allergies.
