Description
Description

The Berger Picard is a French herding dog from Picardy. It is a medium sized and well-muscled dog with erect and high-set ears. Other distinguishing traits are its thick eyebrows that do not shield their dark eyes, smile, and weather-proof coat that is harsh and crisp. The breed is fawn or brindle with some shade variations. As the Berger Picard was bred as a herding breed, they are energetic and hardworking, but they can be easy going and mellow with proper socialization during the first two years of their lives.
