Buckminster Fuller, Richard Buckminster Fuller, was an American architect, author, designer, and futurist known for developing various inventions and architectural designs like the geodesic dome. Buckminster Fuller published more than 30 books and popularized the terms, Spaceship Earth, Dymaxion, and Synergetics.

The work of Buckminster Fuller expanded across multiple fields apart from architecture such as Design, Geometry, Engineering, Science, Cartography, and Education. During his studies, he was expelled from Harvard University twice. Throughout his lifetime, Buckminster Fuller was awarded 28 United States patents and many honorary doctorates. He passed away in 1983 and his legacy continues to make an impact on scientists, architects, and designers.
