Description
Description

A pilaster CMU block is a concrete masonry unit that is wider than a standard block. This makes it ideal for use in applications where additional strength or support is needed, such as around door and window openings, or to support beams or columns. Pilaster blocks are typically made of the same materials as standard CMU blocks, and they are available in a variety of sizes and finishes.
