Description

To do Fish Pose, start on the back and have your knees bent with the feet on the floor then lift the hips and work the forearms under the shoulders with the hands near the hips while arching the back. Slowly move one leg out, then the other and allow the head to fall back. While a beginner posture this pose can be tricky. Use caution to protect the neck when letting the head fall.
