The Lacrosse Goalie Stick is the piece of equipment that is used by the goal keeper while playing the sport of Lacrosse. The main elements of a Lacrosse Goalie Stick are the head, pocket, and shaft. The head has a triangular shape and is larger than the head of a typical lacrosse stick used by other players. The Pocket is where the ball is caught and is made of interwoven string attached to the head. The shaft is where the Lacrosse Goalie Stick is held by the goalie. There are 3 types of the Lacrosse Goalie Sticks used by a Lacrosse goaltender.

Lacrosse Goalie Sticks have a length between 40”-72” (101.6-182.9 cm), width of 10”-12” (25.4-30.5 cm), and pocket depth of 5”-5.5” (127-139.7 mm). The weight of a Lacrosse Goalie Stick is 6-14 oz (170-397 g).

Lacrosse is a team sport where players use a stick with a net to catch, scoop, and throw a ball into the opposing teams net. Played on a field roughly the same size as a soccer field, two opposing teams fight for a solid rubber ball and attempt to shoot it into the opposing teams net to score.
