Romanian retired gymnast Nadia Comăneci is regarded as a legend in the sport for popularized gymnastic sports worldwide. Besides, she is the first to do an aerial walkover and cartwheel-back handspring flight series on the balance beam and double-twist dismount and to receive a score of 10.0 in an Olympic event. Nadia is a four-time World Artistic Gymnastic Champion and a nine-time Olympic medalist with five gold medals. In the field, she displayed a relaxed demeanor, technique, and innovative skills. These successes have made her win several awards like The Olympic Order, Flo Hyman award, and be admitted into the International Women's Sports Hall of Fame and the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
