She received critical acclaim for her role as Queen Anne in the 2018 film by Yorgas Lanthimos, The Favourite and won an Academy Award for best actress. She currently playing Queen Elizabeth II in the Netflix series, The Crown. When she went to Buckingham Palace for an event, she got her husband to steal toilet roll from the royal toilets.
