Revolved Abdomen Pose is a twisting posture great for all Yogi levels of practice. Revolved Abdomen Pose gives a good stretch to the side body, hips, shoulders, neck and abdomen. This Posture will typically be used at the end of a practice during the “cool down”.

To do Revolved Abdomen Pose, lay on the floor with the arms out in line with the shoulders. Bring the knees to the chest and slowly rotate to the right or left. Let the knees fall to the ground and keep the opposite shoulder on the mat. When done, bring the knees in and hug them.
