A Rectangular Herringbone Pattern consists of an arrangement of rectangle or parallelogram tiles in a repetitive pattern. It was named after its resemblance to the skeleton of a herring fish. The colors of the tile in the herringbone pattern can be alternated to bring a modern touch to a classic pattern.
