Vernita Green is a character in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill film series. She works for Bill as part of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, a group of elite assassins. She goes by the codename Copperhead. A skilled fighter, Green is especially proficient in the use of edged weaponry. She was enlisted by Bill to hit the wedding of Beatrix Kiddo and her fiancé Tommy Plympton, which became known as the Massacre at Two Pines. As a result, she is later murdered by Beatrix Kiddo when Beatrix awakes from her coma and swears revenge. Vernita Green is played by Vivica A.Fox.
