Description
Description

The Weimaraner has origins in Germany and was bred as a hunting dog or gun dog. This hunting instinct is made possible by traits such as speed, stamina, courage, intelligence, great eyesight, and a sense of smell. It is easily identified by its ghostly silver-gray coat and eye color. The overall look is streamlined, athletic, and well-balanced. The Weimaraner has full-length tails which may be docked and large rectangular ears that drop to the side of their head. These features, together with its medium-size nature, show that it can endure work in any terrain. The dog is easy to groom, trainable, and loving with kids.
