Description
Description

As its name suggests, the Working Kelpie has a strong work ethic. His face shows keenness to work. He has inexhaustible energy and can guard livestock and sheep all day long. He is native to Australia and separated from the Australian Kelpie by its working instinct. On the other hand, the Australian Kelpie has grown to perform tasks it was not bred for, such as appearing in dog shows. The Working Kelpie is medium-sized, active, strong, and lithe, with a coat composed of different colors such as black or white. Besides, it comes in three different coat types: short, smooth, and rough. The dog should have pricked wide-spaced ears and a tail that is longer and relaxed during inactivity.
