Allyson is also a World champion, World silver medalist, Olympic silver medalist, and World bronze medalist in 400 meters. Allyson is the record holder in women's 4*100 meters besides holding the most gold medals and career medals at thirteen and fourteen respectively in World Athletics Championship history.
