Big Chap (The Alien)

Dimensioned elevation drawings of Big Chap with height measurements

Big Chap is one of the names given to the adult stage of the Xenomorph, the terrifying extraterrestrial in Ridley Scott’s Alien franchise. Big Chap evolves from the egg laid by a Facehugger in a host organism, which then bursts out of the host’s chest, ripping them apart. Their development depends on its host, but they are typically over seven feet tall, with a muscular shell-like body, and a long, curving tail. They have elongated domed heads, dark grey skin, and two sets of mouths. The Xenomorphs possess superior intelligence, strength and speed and as a result, are deadly predators.
