In test match rugby, New Zealand's rugby player Dan Carter is the highest point scorer besides being considered the best fly-half in rugby history. The former All Blacks player is currently with Super Rugby and plays either center position or as the first-five eighth. Dan has been a three-time International Rugby Board (IRB) Player of the Year, won three Super Rugby titles, and has twenty-nine tries under his belt. He won nine Tri-Nations and Rugby Championships with the All Blacks. Other accolades include being a five-time NPC/Air New Zealand Cup Champion, Ranfurly Shield holder, and Super Cup Centurion.
