Description

Dave Schultz was an American wrestler and a 7-time world and Olympic Gold medalist. He won 10 Senior Wrestling National titles over the span of 19 years at 3 different weight divisions. Dave Schultz was an assistant coach at the University of Oklahoma, Stanford University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to coaching college teams, he also coached teams privately. Dave Schultz was tragically murdered by John Eleuthère du Pont in 1996 at the age of 36. After his death his wife founded the Dave Schultz Wrestling Club which trained and sponsored Wrestling athletes until its closing in 2005.
