Keith Richards is best known for being the guitarist for the infamous rock band the Rolling Stones and is accredited for creating some of the most catchy guitar riffs in the history of Rock n’ Roll. Kieth Richards played a lot of different roles in the famous band including holding down lead guitar, rhythm, secondary vocals to Mick Jagger and co-writing the songs. Some of the most popular songs of the 1970s by the Rolling Stones included Paint it Black and Sympathy for the Devil of which Kieth Richards played all the guitar parts in the recordings. Richards also had a successful solo career along with the Rolling Stones and has played with other famous artists such as the late John Lennon and Eric Clapton.
