Ozzy Osbourne also known as the “Prince of Darkness'', is an American artist, actor, singer and songwriter best known for his lead role in the famous heavy metal band Black Sabbath. While his time in Black Sabbath came to an end in the late 1970s due to his alcohol and addiction issues, Ozzy Osbourne continued on to have a successful career as a pop icon. When the 2000s hit, Osbourne became a reality TV show star with MTV in a show called The Osbournes, starring himself and his family and the show became one of MTVs greatest hits. While Ozzy Osbourne was criticized for being a negative influence on the kids, his career reached great heights making him one of the most popular rock icons of all time.
