The Saarinen Oval Dining Table, which was designed by Eero Saarinen in 1956, stands tall from the beautifully shaped aluminum base that was inspired by liquid. Eero wanted the Saarinen Oval Dining Table to clear up the number of legs to showcase the single base and contrast the single tabletop.
