Theodore Roosevelt served as the 26th president of the United States from 1901 until 1909 and is highly regarded for being a statesman, conservationist, naturalist, historian, and a member of the Republican party. Prior to becoming President, Theodore Roosevelt was the Governor of New York and the Vice President of the United States. He became the youngest President in office after the assassination of President McKinley and served 3 terms in total. Theodore Roosevelt was known for his grand personality, large range of interests, cowboy persona, and is considered by many as one of the best presidents.
