Trinity is a character in the Matrix film series. Little is known about her life before she swallowed the red pill. She has escaped the Matrix and works as a computer programmer and hacker for Zion, aboard the Nebuchadnezzar and under the command of Morpheus. Trinity is intelligent, fierce, and incredibly skilled. In the Matrix, her downloaded programmes mean she is competent at martial arts and can drive any motorcycle or vehicle. Trinity has become a cult icon. She is instantly recognisable, known for her short hair, all black latex outfits, and small, black sunglasses. She loves Neo and would do anything for him. She is played by Carrie-Anne Moss.
