YouTube Ads - Overlay Ads

Overlay Advertisements on YouTube are semi-transparent images or text that appear above the current video being played. YouTube Overlay Ads will appear in the lower part of the video frame (bottom 20%) and are often perceived as less intrusive to the overall experience. Overlay advertisements are typically static and are less expensive for advertisers to purchase.

YouTube Overlay Ads have a height of either 60 or 90 px and widths of 468 or 728 px respectively. These respective sizes have aspect ratios of 7.8:1 and 8.09:1. YouTube Overlay Ads support JPG, PNG, and GIF formats with a maximum file size of 150 KB.
