A Candlepin Bowling Ball is a bowling ball used to play Candlepin Bowling, a variation of traditional bowling. A Candlepin Bowling Ball is a true sphere, does not have any finger holes and is smaller than traditional bowling balls. A Candlepin Bowling Ball can easily be gripped and rolled with one hand. It is available in different colors and can be made out of wood, rubber, plastic, or a mix of the 3 materials. A Candlepin Bowling Ball is lighter in weight the candlepins used to play.
