Ovenware & Bakeware

Ovenware, or Bakeware, are the food containers used in the kitchen to bake recipes in the oven. They are intentionally designed to be used in the oven and most often used to create desserts. The most common properties of Ovenware include the ability to handle temperature fluctuations, non-stick surfaces, and ease of cleaning. Ovenware can differ from one another in its shape, materiality, and inside material coating. Materiality can have an impact on bakeware as it will react differently to high temperatures. Some types of Ovenware and Bakeware can be used for every day while others have specialized and specific uses.
