Baking Tools

Baking Tools are the tools that are used throughout the baking process and the serving of baked goods. Baking Tools are used within kitchen settings of both residential and commercial buildings. Baking Tools help users perform basic and specialized baking tasks like measuring ingredients, mixing ingredients, greasing pans, rolling out dough, cutting ingredients, baking recipes, or cooling bakes from the oven. Some Baking Tools can be used within multiple recipes and types of bakes, while others offer more particular uses. Baking Tools also range in size, materials, and color finishes. Baking Tools include baking dishes, baking trays, cake pans, mixing bowls, sheet pans, and muffin tins.
The difference between dry and liquid measuring cups is that dry measuring cups are designed specifically to measure out dry ingredients, while liquid measuring cups are made to measure liquids. Liquid measuring cups hold liquid evenly while dry measuring cups hold the exact amount of an ingredient to be leveled off.
Clean a rolling pin by first wiping it with a damp cloth and drying it with a clean dishtowel. Rolling pins can be washed with warm water and soap, but should immediately be dried thoroughly. Rolling pins should not be left in the water as they can crack.
Mixing bowls are typically used for working with different types of doughs, mixing dry ingredients, mixing salads, and sometimes the storage of ingredients. Mixing bowls are most commonly used to combine food ingredients or hold ingredients throughout the cooking process. Mixing bowls are available in different sizes and types of materials.
