The Samsung Galaxy A6 is a member of the fourth generation of the Galaxy A Series as the successor to the Galaxy A5. The Samsung Galaxy A6 was revealed on May 2nd, 2018 to target consumers in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. The Samsung Galaxy A6 features a single back camera, four color options, and a fingerprint scanner. The Samsung Galaxy A6 runs Android “Oreo” software, has an infinity edge display, and a 3,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy A Series, of which this phone belongs, has been around since 2014 and currently has six different generations of phones with each generation featuring a variety of smartphone and tablet options.

The Samsung Galaxy A6 has a height of 5.9” (149.9 mm), width of 2.79” (70.8 mm), depth of .3” (7.7 mm), and weighs 5.71 oz (162 g). The screen size is 5.6” (142.2 mm) diagonal with a resolution of 1480 x 720 px at 294 ppi.
