The Red Angus originated from the Aberdeen Angus cattle and aside from the coat color, nothing else is shared between them. Red Angus' are registered separately from Black Angus cattle in Australia, Canada, and the United States. The Red Angus is a domestic breed of cow and is a big hoofed mammal with a reddish hide. Red Angus' have a strong, muscular body and are used by people for meat consumption. The Red Angus is an herbivore, which means they only eat plants, but they specifically only eat grass.
