Description

The Zorse (Equus zebra x Equus caballus) is the offspring of a male Zebra and female Horse. They have a short coarse coat that ranges in color from tan to black with the distinctive zebra stripes. Zorses can drastically differ from one another; their appearance depends on their parents. Zorses are almost always bred by man intervention. Most zorses are found in zoos around the world or Africa, with some being used as work horses. The zorse is herbivorous and eats grasses, herbs, flowers, leaves, fruits, or berries. They typically have a lifespan between 15 to 30 years.
