Collection of elevation drawings of Psyduck with labeled height

Psyduck, known as Golduck in Japan, is a water type Pokémon introduced in the first generation of games. Psyduck is a yellow-cream creature that resembles a duck or a platypus. Psyduck is plagued by a constant migraine and usually just stands vacantly trying to quell its aching head. However, when the headache intensifies to an unbearable magnitude, Psyduck releases powerful brain waves beyond his normal scope of power, similar to a Psychic Pokémon. Psyduck is seen as a running joke in the anime series when one of the main characters accidentally captures a Psyduck and sends it into battle by mistake.
