Description

Norman Bates is the star of the well-known horror movie, Psycho, its prequels and sequels, and television series Bates Motel. Norman Bates is the motel keeper of the Bates Motel in California. Norman Bates developed a close relationship with his controlling, abusive, and domineering mother who he would later kill. After killing his mother Norman Bates developed dissociative identity disorder and psychosis, where he would have audible and visual hallucinations and imagine his dead mother telling him to commit acts of violence, usually against women. Norman Bates would dress as his mother during these murders and perform the murders under his “Mother” identity.
