The Ultimaker 3 Extended works with Cura software profiles, an advanced material recognition system, to produce reliable, industrial-grade results. Features include a reliable dual extrusion with water soluble support, fast changeovers with swappable print cores, and a cohesive 3D printing ecosystem for complete overall design freedom.

A 3D Printer is a square or rectangular machine which is able to create 3D objects out a variety of materials. An object is first modeled in a 3D program, and then sent to the 3D printer. The printer then splices the 3D object into layers, and is able to print from the bottom of the base to the top.
