Fleur Delacour is a beautiful and talented witch who competes in the Triwizard Tournament as champion for Beauxbatons Academy. She spends the year at Hogwarts during Harry’s fourth year at the school and becomes known for her charm and attractiveness. She has a younger sister, Gabrielle, who is saved by Harry during the second task which takes place underwater in the Great Lake next to Hogwarts castle. She later goes on to meet, fall in love, and marry Bill Weasley, who is Ron’s older brother. She is part of the Advance Guard, the group of wizards and witches chosen by Mad-Eye Moody to escort Harry to safety the night he turns seventeen.
