Ben Affleck is an American actor, producer and director. He was born in California but lived in Cambridge, Massachusetts from a young age, where he met and became close friends with future actor Matt Damon. They wrote and starred in Good Will Hunting together, which was a major cinematic success. Ben Affleck was subsequently cast as the lead alongside Bruce Willis in space epic, Armageddon. He moved into directing, winning an Academy Award for his work on Argo, an American historical drama. In 2016, he appeared as the iconic character, Batman. He has three children with actress Jennifer Garner.
