Emma Watson is an English actress. She became world-famous after landing the coveted role of Hermione Granger in the film version of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. She appeared in all eight films alongside actors Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint. Since the completion of the series, she has appeared in several other films, including Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and Greta Gerwig’s recent adaptation of 'Little Women' where she played Meg March. She has a liberal arts degree from Brown University. She is an advocate of womens rights worldwide and hosts on online feminist book club, named Our Shared Shelf.
