Kit Harington is a British actor. He was born Christopher Catesby Harington, but was known as ‘Kit’ from an early age. He trained as an actor at the Central School of Speech and Drama, and quickly landed a role in the West End production of War Horse soon after graduating. He won the part of Jon Snow in the acclaimed drama Game of Thrones, playing the character for the full eight seasons. On set, he met his now wife, Rose Leslie, who played his on-screen love interest, Ygritte. They married in 2018 in Scotland.
