Seated and standing side elevation drawings of the Pug dog breed
Description
Description

Originally from China, the Pug is a member of the toy group of dog breeds. This small, eccentric companion is beloved by many for its distinctly wrinkly, smooshy face and rambunctious demeanor. The pug was originally bred simply for the sake of companionship and at a healthy weight ranges from 13 to 18 pounds, though they are prone to weight gain due to their indiscriminate eating habits. Pugs are notoriously loud sleepers and do not fair well in heat, as their tiny nostrils make it difficult to facilitate normal breathing. They also tear up often.
