Yogi’s with shoulder or neck issues, keep the knees bent.

To do Dolphin Pose, begin on hands and knees then press the palms together with the forearms on the mat. Next, curl the toes and push the hips to the sky much like in Downward Facing Dog, pressing the forearms into the mat and lifting the hips.
