To do Cow Face Pose, sit with legs straight out then bend the knees and put the feet on the floor. Slide the left foot to the right hip, under the right thigh and the right foot to the left hip, over the left leg. Next, reach the right arm back and the left hand around the left side of the back for the hands to meet, lift the chest. Phew! This one can be confusing, check out some photos to get a better idea of how this one goes.
