To do Monkey Side Plank Pose, move into Side Plank or Vasisthasana with the left hand down, balancing on the side of the right foot with the feet stacked. Next, plant the left foot on the ground at a 90 degree angle and move the right leg to meet the leg to meet the left hand with the legs splitting, keeping the chest open and the look up. Breath slow and steady in this posture, a wall can be used to help with balance.
